Why shall I book in advance?
Our shuttle service is an on-demand service, therefore we recommend you to book to guarantee you a shuttle waiting for you at your arrival or at your departure time. In this way you will avoid waiting after a long journey or the stress before your trip. Go to FAQ's

Which places do you pick-up and where do you transport?
We provide transport:

From Roissy Charles de Gaulle & Orly airports or your hotels to train stations, from your hotels/airport to other touristic areas such as Disneyland, Giverny, Normandie etc.. These tailor-maid trasport services are provided following your requests. Please check for prices with our reservation service. Go to FAQ's
3 Where do I find the shuttle when I arrive?
Meeting points for our shuttels are as follows, according to your arrival terminal :


At Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport :
• Terminal 1 :
Meeting Point is at Gate 16, Departure Level (take the elevator down one level after exiting the baggage claim area)

• Terminal 2 :
Halls A, B, C or D : The meeting point is at the information desk
Hall E : The meeting point is at the information desk, arrival level
Hall F : The meeting point is at the information desk, arrival level

• Terminal 3 :
Meeting Point is right in front of the main exit.
At Orly airport :
• Terminal West : Gate G, arrival level
• Terminal East : Gate C .

5 How long will it take to get to my hotel? Terminal?
From/To Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport it may take between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the traffic and your destination/pick-up place.

Will the shuttle take me directly to my terminal? To my hotel?
Since all the customers are not travelling to the same place we will make stops to their destinations or the pick-up places. However, you can organise a “private shuttle”, in which you will be the unique client and we will drive you directly to your destination. Please check the rates for this service. Go to FAQ's

What can be done if my arriving flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, as soon as you land, please contact our office to the following number : 06 98 65 62 45. If the shuttle scheduled for you had already left, we will send you another. As we have several shuttles working, you will have to wait a few minutes.

8 Comfort of our shuttles :
Our shulltles are non-smoking and air-conditioned. They can comfortably seat 8 adults, with luggage. Go to FAQ's
 
9 Does it cost extra fee for luggage?
The luggae transport is included in the price of the passanger, so there will be no extra cost.

Do I receive a confirmation when I book?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation by mail within 24 hours after your reservation, with all the details regarding your meeting point and with our phone number.

You need to cancel or change your reservation 24hours before your arrival time.

My pick-up time seems too early. Can I reschedule it?
For international flights, we have to schedule the pick-up time 3 hours before the flight. We can reschedule your pick-up time, but we cannot be held for responsible for any incident occured by client-requested changes.

My pick-up time is schedule for3 hours prior to my flight. Is this sufficient time for an international flight?
For security reasons, international flights require a 2-hour check-in prior to boarding. As Paris is a town with a lot of narrow streets and traffic jams that requires one-hour-time to secure your flight. Therefore, your pick-up time will be 3 hours before your flight time.

A group of us are arriving/departing to/from different terminals/locations, but we want to all ride in the same van. Is this possible?
Since all of you are arriving at the same time, you have to make one reservation, under one name providing us with all the details needed for picking you up at the airport. While departing, please make the reservations under one name and one time, providing us the details of pick-up places.

Do you provide car seats for children under 3 and what is the fee?
We do not provide car seats for children under 3, therfore, we recommend you to bring your own car seat. (Please note that using a car seat means takingone adult place, for which there is a fee)

We recommend you to give a tip to the driver, if you are satisfied with the service provided.
